|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||3 Dash|
|French onion dip||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French bread loaf||1 , cubed|
Mix together all ingredients, except bread cubes, and melt in double boiler or heavy saucepan, stirring constantly.
Serve warm with toasted French bread cubes.
Toast cubes in low oven for about 25 minutes.
May be refrigerated for several days and reheated over low heat.
