Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Orange juice/Whipping cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted|
1. In a bowl mix margarine, and cream cheese by using a electric mixer. Beat this mixture till it turns light and fluffy. Fold in vanilla and orange juice to it.
2. Complete the mixture by adding powdered sugar to the mixture. The mixture should be beaten till it turns smooth and fluffy.
3. Serve the frosting as required.
