Cottage Cheese Mold

  Cottage cheese 4 Ounce
  Seedless raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Apple juice/Grape juice 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed milk 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon

Mix well and pour into a small, rinsed mould.
Chill for a few hours before un- moulding.
Serve surrounded with fresh fruit.
