Allow shredded cheese to reach room temperature.
Toast sesame seeds in heavy skillet, stirring constantly over low heat about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine cheese, butter, flour, salt and pepper.
Work dough until mixture is thoroughly blended.
Add sesame seeds.
Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into 4x1-inch strips.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack.
Place in airtight container.
