Easy Chocolate Fondue
|Pitted cherries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 1 Fruit)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate||1 Pound|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Pinch|
|Whipping cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
Peel the oranges, bananas and pears.
Cut the flesh into cubes and mix with the cherries.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and place in a serving dish.
Grate the chocolate and place in the fondue pan with the cinnamon.
Place on the spirit burner and allow to melt, stirring from time to time.
Stir in the cream.
Spear the pieces of fruit, dip in the confectioners' sugar then into the chocolate fondue.
Serve with strawberry.
