Mascarpone Bouchees

Ingredients
  Mascarpone cheese/Cream cheese 115 Gram
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  White pepper 1 Milliliter
  Finely chopped chives 60 Milliliter
  Chopped walnuts 625 Milliliter
Directions

In a food processor combine the cheese, salt, pepper and chives, process until smooth.
Remove from food processor and roll into tiny balls.
Place the walnuts into a mixing bowl.
Roll the cheese balls through to coat.
Place the cheese balls on a waxed paper lined serving platter.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
