|Mascarpone cheese/Cream cheese||115 Gram|
|White pepper||1 Milliliter|
|Finely chopped chives||60 Milliliter|
|Chopped walnuts||625 Milliliter|
In a food processor combine the cheese, salt, pepper and chives, process until smooth.
Remove from food processor and roll into tiny balls.
Place the walnuts into a mixing bowl.
Roll the cheese balls through to coat.
Place the cheese balls on a waxed paper lined serving platter.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
