Scalloped Ham Potatoes And Cheese
|Thinly sliced cooked ham||3⁄4 Pound|
|Raw potatoes||6 , thinly sliced|
|Sharp american cheese||1⁄4 Pound, grated (1 Cup)|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350°.
In buttered 2 qt.casserole arrange ham; top with onion, then half of potatoes.
Sprinkle with half of flour and seasonings.
Meanwhile, heat milk with butter.
Pour over all.
Bake covered for 40 minutes; uncover and dot with catsup.
Then bake 30 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
