|Mozzarella cheese||454 Gram, cut into sticks|
In a mixing bowl, sift the dry ingredients together.
Slowly add the beer.
Let stand for 1 1/2 hours.
Heat the oil to 190°C (375°F).
Whip the egg white into the batter.
Dip the cheese sticks into the batter allowing any excess to run off.
Using a slotted spoon, place cheese sticks into hot oil.
Fry 2 1/2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve at once.
