Smoked Turkey Sour Cream Cheese Sauce

|All purpose flour||30 Milliliter|
|Chicken stock||375 Milliliter|
|Sour cream||180 Milliliter|
|Grated gruyere cheese||170 Gram|
|Chopped parsley||30 Milliliter|
Place the turkey in a roaster, bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 1 hour.
Remove, carve and reserve hot.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan; add the flour and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Pour in the chicken stock, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Whip in the sour cream, seasonings and cheese, continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Place turkey on a serving platter, pour sauce over turkey, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
