Mozzarella in Carrozza

Ingredients
  Thin bread slices 16 (From A Small Sandwich Loaf)
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Pound, cut into thin slices (450 Gram)
  Eggs 2 Small
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Trim the crusts off the bread slices.
Sandwich a layer of mozzarella between two slices of bread.
Beat the eggs, milk and a little salt together on a plate.
Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture, turning to coat them well.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil to 375°F (100°C).
Fry the sandwiches until they are golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately.
