Cream Cheese Crackers
|Softened cream cheese||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped bacon||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
1) Take a large bowl and add chopped onion, egg yolk and cream cheese to it.
2) Beat vigorously until smooth.
3) Mix bacon and lemon juice into it.
4) Take a paper plate and arrange 6 crackers in a circular manner.
5) Top each cracker with 2-3 teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
6) Cook for half a minute.
7) Can be served hot.
