Ham And Cheese Ring

Ingredients
  Onions 2
  Chopped lean cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 4 Tablespoon
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Cottage cheese/Cream cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Peel and finely chop the onions.
Mix the onions and ham with the parsley and brandy; cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Beat the eggs with the salt, paprika, mustard and cottage cheese.
Mix the egg mixture with the ham mixture and ladle into a buttered 2-pint fluted ring mold.
Stand the mold in a roasting pan half-filled with water and bake in a moderate oven (350° F) for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool, then carefully turn out on to a serving plate.
To serve, cut in wedges like a cake.
Served with a selection of salads, this ham and cheese ring makes an ideal lunch dish.
