|Mozzarella slices||3 (6 1/4 Inch Size)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Fine cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
1. Roll the cheese slices dipped in egg on the cracker crumbs.
2. Add oil to a skillet, heat it and add the cheese slices and fry to brown and crispy.
3. Make into small pieces, arrange on individual toothpicks and serve.
