Chocolate Cheese Pots
|Low fat fromage frais||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter /1 1/4 Cups, Natural, Unsweetened Yogurt)|
|Low fat natural yogurt||5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter/2/3 Cup, Natural, Unsweetened)|
|Icing sugar||1 Ounce (25 Gram Confectioners' Sugar)|
|Low fat drinking chocolate powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Cocoa powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon (Extract)|
|Dark rum||2 Tablespoon (Optional)|
|Egg whites||2 Medium|
|Cake decorations||4 (Chocolate)|
1)In a mixing bowl, mix together fromage frais or unsweetened yogurt and low fat yogurt.
2)Using a sieve sift in sugar and then add cocoa powder and drinking chocolate.Blend well.
3)Add in vanilla essence or extract and rum. Blend some more.
4)In a small bowl, whisk egg whites to peaks and the fold it into the yogurt – chocolate mix.
5)Take 4 small china dessert pots and transfer the yogurt-chocolate mix into them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6)Garnish each pot with chocolate cake decoration.
7)Serve with fresh fruits like kiwi fruit, banana, strawberries, raspeberries and oranges.
