Cream Cheese Icing
|Cream cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In an electric mixer or food processor, add all the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
2) Alternately, use a mixing bowl, to blend all ingredients with a wooden spoon by adding lots of elbow grease.
3) Use this frosting to top on carrot cake, carob cream pie or gingerbread.
