Blue Cheese Crock

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 125 Gram (Danish, Italian Or French)
  Soft butter 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Garlic clove 1 Small, crushed
  Parsley 15 Milliliter, finely chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Green onions 2 , finely chopped
  Brandy 50 Milliliter (3 Tbsp)
Directions

Have the cheese and butter at room temperature.
Place in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly by hand or with an electric mixer.
Pack into a small earthenware or porcelain jar.
Cover and refrigerate.
The mixture may also be shaped into a roll and dipped in toasted sesame seeds or chopped walnuts or parsley.
