Blue Cheese Crock
|Blue cheese||125 Gram (Danish, Italian Or French)|
|Soft butter||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, crushed|
|Parsley||15 Milliliter, finely chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
|Green onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Brandy||50 Milliliter (3 Tbsp)|
Have the cheese and butter at room temperature.
Place in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly by hand or with an electric mixer.
Pack into a small earthenware or porcelain jar.
Cover and refrigerate.
The mixture may also be shaped into a roll and dipped in toasted sesame seeds or chopped walnuts or parsley.
