Ingredients
  Yellow turnips 2 Pound, diced
  Processed american cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated
Directions

Prepare, then cook the turnips as in Time Table Drain thoroughly; mash up well; then fold in the cheese and season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
