Easy Cheesy Muffins
|Sifted self rising flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Self rising cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Melted shortening||2 Tablespoon|
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and add cheese.
Combine the milk, egg and shortening.
Add to cheese mixture and blend thoroughly.
Place in hot, greased muffin cups.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
