Ingredients
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), ground (About 1 1/2 Cups Meal)
Directions

Blend the grated cheese, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, and egg with a wooden spoon. Be sure the cheese is separated rather than in a lump.
Stir in the salt and seasonings, then add the whole wheat flour. Knead the mixture lightly.
Add the oil, and knead; then knead in the sesame meal 1/3 cup at a time.
Pinch off pieces of dough and roll them into balls about the size of a large marble.
Place them on an unoiled baking sheet and flatten them gently with your finger. (You may press a walnut or pecan half into each one.)
Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
