Cheese And Tomato Bakes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 8 Large
  Cheddar cheese 6 Ounce, diced
  Seasoning To Taste
  Buttered toast/Crisp bread 6
Directions

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the centre pulp.
Mix this with the diced cheese and pack back tightly into the seasoned tomato cases, put a little butter on top and cover with the lid.
Bake for about 10 minutes in a moderately hot oven (400°F - Gas Mark 5) and serve at once, with toast or crisp bread.
