Cheese And Onion Fondue
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|All purpose flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Shredded gruyere cheese||16 Ounce|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||16 Ounce|
|Snipped chives||2 Tablespoon|
Melt butter in a large saucepan, add onion and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until soft but not brown.
Stir in flour; add sour cream and cook 2 minutes.
Add cheeses and continue to cook, stirring, until mixture is smooth.
Add chives and season with pepper.
Pour into fondue pot and serve with small cooked potatoes and sausages.
