Cottage Cheese Pizza

  Dry yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Chopped beans 1 Tablespoon
  Capsicum 1
  Cottage cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch

Take warm water in a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle yeast and sugar over it and keep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Put salt, oil and flour to yeast mixture and mix with fork for 2-3 minutes and then knead with hands to make a smooth dough.
Cover dough with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll out into a 30 cm round base.
Prick with fork and put in a baking dish.
Bake the base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove base from dish and cool.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter.
Put all the vegetables except capsicum, salt, pepper and turmeric powder.
Cook uncovered on low heat for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
Put cottage cheese cubes and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Smear 1 tbsp butter on the pizza base and spread tomato sauce on it.
Spread the topping above it.
Decorate with capsicum rings and spread grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
