Herbed Cottage Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Fresh parsley 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Rosemary leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Buzz all ingredients in the blender until smooth. The amount of milk you use will determine the thickness of the dressing.
Try substituting any of these fresh herbs: basil, chives, dill, coriander, mint, thyme, oregano, tarragon, or summer savory.
