Blue Cheese & Sour Cream Dip
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Purchased Or Homemade)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Blue veined cheese||4 Ounce|
Insert metal blade.
Mince garlic leave in work bowl.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, cheese, and salt; process continuously (stopping to scrape bowl once or twice) until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until next day.
