Cheesy Broiled Tomato Halves
|Firm tomatoes||2 (Medium Size To Large)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon (Toasted)|
|Snipped chives||4 Teaspoon|
1 Rinse tomatoes, then cut into halves. Place them, cut sides up, on a baking pan.
2 Cut butter into small dots and distribute evenly over the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, dividing salt among the 4 tomato halves.
3 Sprinkle on remaining ingredients in the order listed, distributing them evenly among the 4 halves.
4- Place under a preheated broiler for about 15 minutes, or until cheese melts and tomatoes are thoroughly heated.
