Cheese Baked Haddock

Ingredients
  Frozen haddock fillets/Cod fillets 32 Ounce (Partially Thawed)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

About 35 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place fish in greased 12" by 8" by 2" baking dish.
In saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk; cook, stirring, until thickened.
Add cheese; stir until melted; pour over fish.
Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
