Ingredients
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put first 2 ingredients in blender.
Slowly add water, blending till desired consistency.
Add chives.
Serve over baked potatoes.
