Blue Cheese Salad Ring

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Bleu cheese/Roquefort cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Imitation mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper/Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water to soften.
Heat, stirring to dissolve.
In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Stir in gelatin mixture.
Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
Unmold on platter.
Divide evenly.
