Cranberry Cheese Mould

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strawberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cranberry orange relish 14 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Whipped topping 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Container)
Directions

Place cold water in a 4-cup measure.
Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water; stir.
Microwave 15 to 30 seconds; stir and microwave an additional 15 to 30 seconds.
Set aside.
Place 3/4 cup water and strawberry gelatin in a bowl; stir.
Microwave about 2 minutes until it boils; stir.
Add cranberry relish, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and orange rind.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold; chill.
In a bowl, microwave cream cheese 30 to 45 seconds to soften.
Beat until fluffy.
Beat in remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Blend in topping.
Add unflavored gelatin mixture, mixing well.
Spoon evenly over cranberry mixture.
Chill.
Unmold and serve.
