Cream Cheese And Egg Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Egg yolks 4 , hard cooked
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and use as a spread on toasted or buttered bread, or crisp crackers.
A tasty use for leftover egg yolks.
