Hamburgers with Blue Cheese
|Ground beef||2 Pound (1 Kilogram)|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Danish blue cheese||4 Ounce (125 Grams)|
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Grams)|
|Sesame seed buns||8 , split|
Place the beef, onion, egg, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Stir to bind well, then shape into 8 flat burgers.
Cream the cheese and butter together.
Place the burgers on the barbecue grid, about 10 cm (4 inches) above the coals.
Cook for about 10 minutes on each side.
Top the burgers with the cheese butter and sandwich them between the split sesame seed buns.
