Fruit Cocktail Cottage Cheese Ring With Tangy Garden Dressing

  Canned fruit cocktail 2 Cup (32 tbs) (No Sugar Added)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tangy garden dressing 3 Tablespoon

Drain juice from fruit cocktail into measuring cup; set fruit aside.
Combine juice with enough water to make 1 cup.
Pour into a small saucepan; sprinkle gelatin over liquid to soften.
Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Chill until syrupy.
Process cottage cheese in blender container or food processor until smooth.
Stir into gelatin mixture.
Fold in fruit cocktail and sweetener, if desired.
Pour mixture into a 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with salad greens.
Serve with Tangy Garden Dressing.
Divide evenly.
