Low Fat American Cheese Fondue
|Low fat processed american cheese||8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Summer savory||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except sherry.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 to 8 minutes, or until hot and smooth, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Blend in sherry.
Serve with raw vegetables.
