Melted Cheese With Peppers

Ingredients
  Fresh tomato salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chihuahua cheese/Farmers cheese/jack cheese 8 Ounce, shredded (2 Cups)
  Oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thin green pepper strips 10
  Thin onion strips 10
  Whole wheat tortillas/Corn tortillas 6 , warmed
Directions

Prepare salsa and set aside.
Toss together cheese and oregano; set aside.
Place green pepper and onion on a 7-inch rimmed microwave-proof plate.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Sprinkle cheese mixture over vegetables.
Microwave, uncovered, on MEDIUM (50%) for 4 minutes or just until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
To assemble, spread cheese mixture on a tortilla, spoon on a few tablespoons of salsa, roll up, and eat out of hand.
