Grilled Cottage Cheese
|Cottage cheese||400 Gram (Paneer Made From Fat-Free Milk)|
|Green bell pepper||1 Large|
|Green chilies||3 , minced|
|Mint leaves||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), ground (Or A Small Bunch)|
|Coriander leaves||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), ground (Or A Small Bunch)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Fat free curd||1 Cup (16 tbs), whisked (Curd Made From Fat-Free Milk)|
|Chaat masala||1⁄4 Teaspoon (To Garnish)|
|Garam masala powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon (To Garnish)|
Cut paneer into 1" cubes.
Cut tomatoes into quarters.
Cut bell pepper into quarters and discard seeds and pith.
Cut onion into quarters and separate the layers.
Combine ingredients for marinade, pour over paneer and marinate for 1 hour.
Arrangepaneer, tomatoes, bell pepper and onion in a flat ovenproof dish.
Place dish on the top rack of a microwave oven and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Brush with oil and turn over.
Microwave on high, turning paneer around periodically till golden brown on all sides.
Garnish with spice powders and serve hot.
