Blue Cheese Dressing Using Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled
  Sherry vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Crumble blue cheese.
2. In a blender, blend vinegar and mayonnaise. With blender running, slowly add cream. Season with pepper.
3. Fold in blue cheese. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
