Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Use 1/4 Cup Olive And 1/2 Cup Salad Oil For Best Flavor)
  Wine vinegar/Tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Small, crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (A Generous Grind)
  Crumbled blue cheese 3 Tablespoon (Or More As Needed)
Directions

1 Blend ingredients except cheese together, using an electric blender or a mixer. Add blue cheese to taste.
2 Pour over the vegetables or use over any salad.
