Kahlua Chocolate Fondue
|Semi-sweet chocolate chips||11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Kahlua||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Assorted fresh fruits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into chunks or slices|
|Marshmallow||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a 1 quart glass measure, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream.
Microwave on Power 7 for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring with wire whisk twice during cooking cycle.
Stir in Kahlua.
Pour into serving bowl.
Using fondue forks or skewers, dip assorted fruits into chocolate fondue.
You may use any combination of strawberries, banana chunks, kiwi slices, fresh pineapple chunks, or pound cake cubes and marshmallow.
