Fruity Duck Fondue

Ingredients
For marmalade sauce
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
For wine and cherry sauce
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Canned black cherries 16 Ounce, drained, pitted (1 Can)
  Red wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Allspice 1 Pinch
Directions

Cut duck in pieces 3/4 inch wide.
Coat in seasoned flour.
To make Marmalade Sauce, simmer brown sugar, orange juice, marmalade, lemon juice and raisins in a small saucepan 5 minutes.
To make Wine & Cherry Sauce, simmer sugar, cherries, wine and allspice in a small saucepan 15 minutes.
Press through a sieve; serve sauce warm.
