Chive Creamy Cheese
|Gelatin||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (unflavored)|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, chopped (fresh)|
In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over milk and let stand to soften.
Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in margarine.
Process cottage cheese in blender container or food processor until smooth.
Stir in chives and parsley.
Add to gelatin mixture.
Spoon into a l-cup mold and chill until firm.
