Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sodium bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Water 5 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Milk powder 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sieve flour, salt and soda bicarb together in a large mixing bowl.
Put butter into flour and mix with fingers for 10-12 minutes till it resembles bread crumbs.
Knead flour to a stiff dough with water.
Divide the dough into two and roll out each into 1/2 cm thick pastries slightly bigger than the pie dish.
Put one pastry in the pie dish covering the sides also.
Mix cheese, sugar, raisins, milk powder and milk together and spread over the pastry.
Cover with the second pastry.
Cut along the sides to give a proper shape.
Brush with sugar syrup.
Make 2-3 cuts with a knife on the upper pastry.
Bake in a oven at 220°C for 20 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
Cool for 2-3 minutes and remove from the dish.
Cut into wedges and serve.
