|Grated american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French bread cube/Raw vegetables/sliced apples||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine soup and milk in 2-qt casserole.
Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until very hot but not boiling, stirring every minute.
Stir in seasonings, cheese, and wine.
Microwave at High 2 to 6 minutes, or until cheese melts and mixture is hot and smooth, stirring every minute.
Place casserole over candle warmer or on warming plate and serve with French bread cubes, vegetables or sliced apples.
