Hot Cheese Rounds

Ingredients
  Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese/Similar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (unbleached)
Directions

Cream together margarine and cheeses.
Add garlic, chives, parsley, and baking powder.
Stir thoroughly.
Add flour slowly, mixing thoroughly.
Shape into 2 rolls, each about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Chill well.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Slice rounds 1/4 inch thick and place on well-greased baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
