Endive, Arugula, And Red Leaf Salad With Feta

Ingredients
  Red leaf lettuce 8 Ounce
  Arugula 4 Ounce
  Belgian endive head 8 , julienned
For dressing
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crumbled feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place the red leaf lettuce on platter in a pattern.
Top with the arugula and endive.
Blend the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
Top with the feta.
