|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole blanched almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White chocolate||8 Ounce|
|Whipping cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Almond extract||4 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Grease one baking sheet.
Put sugar and almonds in a small heavy saucepan.
Place over low heat until sugar becomes liquid and golden.
Pour onto prepared baking sheet and let cool and harden 15 minutes.
Break up praline into rough pieces and place in a blender or food processor; grind finely.
Put white chocolate and whipping cream in fondue pot and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in praline and flavor with almond extract.
Serve with cubes of cake and pieces of fresh fruit.
