Blue Cheese And Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crumbled and divided
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In a small bowl cream half the blue cheese with a fork.
Add yogurt, garlic, mustard and pepper; mix well.
Stir in remaining blue cheese.
Cover.
Store in refrigerator.
