Cheese Fondue With Natural Cheese
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded gruyere cheese/Shredded swiss cheese||20 Ounce (5 Cups)|
In 2-qt microwave fondue pot place wine and kirsch.
Microwave at High (10) 4 Minutes.
Toss cheeses with flour, pepper and nutmeg, until coated.
Stir into hot wine.
Microwave at Medium (5) 3 to 4 Minutes, stir briskly every minute, until melted.
Serve with cubes of crusty bread.
