Cheesy Brussels Sprouts
|Brussels sprouts||20 , washed and trimmed|
|Garlic oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Slice Brussels sprouts in half.
Heat enough garlic oil to 1/4 fill a skillet.
Fry Brussels sprouts until golden on both sides.
Remove with a slotted spoon and allow to drain on brown paper.
Place in a bowl and toss with Parmesan cheese.
