Gingered Fruit With Cheese

Ingredients
  Preserved gingered fruit 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Can)
  Whipped cream 3⁄4 Pound
  Saltine crackers 5
Directions

1. Chill the fruit well and have the cream cheese at room temperature.
2. Place the fruit in a bowl over a container of cracked ice. Serve with cream cheese and crisp saltine crackers.
