Gingered Fruit with Cheese

|Preserved gingered fruit||3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Can)|
|Whipped cream||3⁄4 Pound|
1. Chill the fruit well and have the cream cheese at room temperature.
2. Place the fruit in a bowl over a container of cracked ice. Serve with cream cheese and crisp saltine crackers.
