Spinach Ring With Cheese
|Frozen chopped spinach||20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Spinach||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed and well drained|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Buttery crackers crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Combine all ingredients, except buttered crumbs, in a 2-quart mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour mixture into a well-buttered microwavesafe 6-to 8-cup ring mold. Cover with wax paper.
2. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 7) for 11 1/2 to 13 1/2 minutes, or until mold is set. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Turn out onto serving platter. Sprinkle, if desired, with buttered crumbs, and fill with scrambled eggs or a creamed food.
